Lose Up to 10 Pounds of Body Fat in 2 Weeks

The goal can certainly be accomplished but healthy weight loss will need to be slower. But it’s not something I would recommend doing very often. You can try this trick to start your weight loss efforts successfully. Next, you should rely on exercise and better nutrition.

My husband used this drink to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks. The ingredients have powerful fat burning qualities, helping your body to get rid of the most stubborn fat deposits.


  • 400 grams (0.88 lbs of celery – 1 stalk of celery is approx. 40 grams)
  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs of lemons : 1 lb is approximately 4 lemons)
  • 2 liters (33.8 oz of water)


1- Shred the celery. Put it in a large pot and pour the water over it.
2- Add the zest of 1 lemon. Heat the liquid and allow it to simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Take the bowl off the source of heat and allow the drink to cool down for 6 hours.
3- Extract the juice from the entire lemons (2.2 lbs of lemons is equivalent to approximately 8 lemons) and add it to the celery water you just made.
4- Strain the liquid and store in a glass bottle. Keep the bottle in your fridge and drink one glass of the mixture before each meal (3x a day).
5- Try to warm (not hot) the mixture up before you drink, as it is better to drink water liquid before meal particularly the breakfast .
